Kin Estrada Senior Counsel: Corporate, Finance and Infrastructure

Kin Estrada LL.M. is a leading lawyer specialized in advising companies on corporate legal matters, such as contracts, corporate governance, legal risks, and all types of legal documents. Her experience includes financial law in the private and governmental sectors. She worked on infrastructure projects to support Mexico and relaunch its economy. Previously, she worked at Afore Invercap, Afore XXI-Banorte, and the Mexico's National Commission for Retirement Savings (CONSAR). She is a pro-business advisor with strategic and tactical qualities, with extensive experience in legal matters. In addition, she volunteers for a non-governmental organization (NGO) with consultative status at the United Nations that focuses on civil rights and social action against fast fashion. Kin studied a Master’s Degree in International Commercial Law at the University of Dundee, Scotland, winning a scholarship from the FUNED-CONACYT Leaders Program. She obtained an LL.M. in Company Law at the Universidad Anáhuac del Sur, Mexico, and a Law Degree at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). She speaks Spanish, English and German.
