DESCRIPTION:Dr. Herfried Wöss will be a referee on the following debate; Should the European proposal to establish a permanent court of arbitration to resolve investment disputes be consolidated? as part of the Mexico Arbitration Week event. \nA MESSAGE FROM THE ORGANIZERS: \nWe welcome you to the first edition of “Mexico Arbitration Week”. Mexico Arbitration Week annually organizes events\, conferences\, debates and academic exchanges on international arbitration\, with the aim of connecting the international community of arbitration professionals\, promoting debate and promoting Mexico as the seat of international arbitration. \nThis year\, the event will take place from May 29 to June 1\, 2023. The program shows Mexico as an important arbitration venue and as a think tank for the arbitration community. The program presents various formats and speakers from different jurisdictions to address relevant and current issues for the arbitration community in Mexico and the world. \nOn behalf of all our collaborators\, speakers and moderators\, we welcome you to our Mexican arbitration community.
