I am an attorney specialized in large-scale projects in Infrastructure and Energy sectors in their different stages: 1. Development, 2. Financing, 3. Construction, 4. Operation and maintenance. Likewise, I advise on Contract Management and Dispute Resolution either through local justice or alternative dispute resolution methods.

I have worked as in-house counsel in large Mexican and Spanish construction companies being directly responsible for several high risk and exposure contract and project issues.

Academically speaking, I graduated with honors and been awarded as best GPA of the generation from Law school. I hold a LL. M. (Heidelberg University and Universidad de Chile) in International Law with emphasis on International Trade, Arbitration and Investments from which I graduated with distinction. Furthermore, I have obtained postgraduates diplomas in Energy Law and International Commercial Arbitration.
