On June 23, 2022, the European Commission included Dr. Herfried Wöss, Prof. Nikos Lavranos and Christian Carbajal V., founding partner, of counsel and partner of Wöss & Partners, in its lists of candidates suitable as arbitrators and as chairperson for arbitrations, respectively, under the European Union Trade and Investment Agreements.
