Raimundo Vives is a Chilean-Spanish attorney admitted to practice in Chile and New York. He holds a J.D. (summa cum laude) from Universidad de los Andes, an Advanced LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration from Leiden University, and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, where he earned the Parker School Certificate in international and comparative law.
Raimundo has experience in both private practice and in-house counsel roles. At Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York, he worked on complex international commercial and investment arbitrations and advised on cross-border regulatory issues involving public international law. At LATAM Airlines, he negotiated aircraft acquisitions and financings, closing multi-jurisdictional transactions under Chilean, English, and New York law.
